  1. Find it: Your listing will show up in relevant searches, and keep brokers and potential buyers from missing it.

  2. Comp it: Getting the area correct helps you and other members find accurate comparables when running a CMA, reducing market instability.

  3. Share it: Getting the area correct makes for better and more accurate statistics, which raises the bar for all of WVMLS.

🎃 Join Us for a Spooktacular Halloween Trunk or Treat Food Drive! 🎃


Date: Thursday, October 31

Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: MVAR Office Parking Lot, 670 Hawthorne Ave


Get ready for a fun-filled evening of Halloween festivities! We’re hosting a Trunk or Treat Food Fund Drive, and we want you to be part of the excitement!


Event Highlights:

  • Games & Candy: Enjoy a variety of games and collect lots of candy.

  • Photo Booth: Capture your spooky memories at our photo booth.

  • Face Painting: Become your favorite character or animal within minutes!

  • Costumes: Don’t forget to dress up and bring your pets too!


How You Can Help:

  • Bring Non-Perishable Food Items: There will be canned food buckets at the event, all canned food will be split between Marion Polk Food Share, Linn Benton Food Share, and canned animal food to the Oregon Humane Society.

    • Note: For the Oregon Human Society – Please do not bring opened dried food. All food donations to the OHS need to be sealed, and never opened.

  • Monetary Donations: We will accept cash, and checks at the event (find the donation table)

  • QR Codes: Scan the QR codes at the event to directly donate to the GoFundMe’s for each charity.
