Days on Market (Closed): Domus traditionally reports DOM on the Pending month, but we've added reporting on the Close month to align to what the MLS platforms report

Mortgage Payment (PI): Historical trends on mortgage can help your clients make more informed decisions. (doesn't include taxes & insurance)
