The new category is "Suitable For: Other" with the option of "Other Refer to Remarks"
This will allow members the ability to better specify a unique purpose behind the Commercial property.
NEW Residential, Bareland, and Commercial forms have been made available on WVMLS.com and Paragon under MLS Documents they are marked with a *Updated March 2024* indicator.
