The requests from members have been heard and the Listing Photo Limit of 42 images has been increased to 50!
In correspondence with the removal of the Buyer Brokerage Fee field from WVMLS on Friday, August 16th forms have been updated.
These new forms are making their way to Forms Vendors (Zipforms, Skyslope, Etc.) please allow up to two weeks for them to be available on these platforms.
The forms are available from local WVMLS sources right now. These updated forms are found under MLS Documents in Paragon:
Step 1: Click MLS Documents in the top right corner of Paragon.
Step 2: Click the MLS Listing Agreements Folder.
Step 3: Click the Document Name to download the form.
And Forms on WVMLS.com:
Step 1: Click on the Forms item on the homepage of Wvmls.com
Step 2: Click on the format icon under the form of your choice to download.
