What is an MLS & how is WVMLS different?

An "MLS" (Multiple Listing Service) is a private organization usually ran or owned by real estate association(s) which collect and organize the real estate listings of all its member brokers in one centralized place to allow other brokers to cooperate in assisting the buyers & sellers they represent.

Supra, is the Willamette Valley MLS partner for Lockboxes that enhances member capabilities through electronic lockbox access. With integration into membership and support available, members can use these products & the Supra eKEY platform to improve efficiency, client service, and market competitiveness. ForeWarn, is a Security tool that enhances member safety through real-time identity verification, criminal history checks, and comprehensive data access. Members can utilize this platform to improve safety, efficiency, and client vetting. This product and benefit is currently offered to WVMLS members through a 2-year trial period which ends March 2027.

CubiCasa, is a Floor Plan and Virtual Tour creation tool that enhances member capabilities through free basic floor plans and for Willamette Valley MLS members discounted add-on services, including a 3D Virtual Tour. With ease of use, quick turnaround, and support available, members can leverage this platform to improve listing quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Domus Analytics, is a Statistics tool that assists members through real-time market statistics, customizable dashboards, and data transparency. Members can use this platform to improve market understanding, client service, and competitiveness.

CRS Data's Tax Suite, is a Property Records and Prospecting tool that enhances member capabilities through comprehensive property data, seamless Paragon integration, and customizable features. With training and support available, members can leverage this platform to improve efficiency, client service, and market competitiveness.

Willamette Valley MLS provides a Listing Entry Service to members. Submission of a listing agreement with a primary image is all that is required for the Membership Support Services team to get to work. Turn around time is no more than 24 hours, on weekdays, allowing Willamette Valley MLS members to get back to other business.

Willamette Valley MLS provides Monthly Education Opportunities to members. WVMLS is a OREA Certified Continuing Education provider who offers an average of 5+ hours of CE per month.
